In Unbound, Bethany Holmes explores a new sense of freedom in her practice, embracing fluidity, spontaneity, and the interplay of form and colour. Gestural brush marks define and contain spaces, while layered compositions reflect the subconscious emergence of familiar yet abstracted objects. This body of work captures a dynamic tension between control and instinct, structure and release.
Presented as part of Chelsea Design Quarter’s Springtime Sessions, this collection continues Bethany’s ongoing collaboration with Chesneys, a partnership that has brought contemporary art into their beautifully curated spaces since 2021.
The works will be on view at Chesneys from Tuesday 25th March, with an intimate drinks reception from 6pm–8pm to mark the occasion.
Do pop along, we’d love to see you there.
There is no charge to attend this event, but we encourage booking to ensure entry.
